On Saturday we went to Manchester house for afternoon tea and cocktails.
They seem to serve a lot of classic treats with an interesting twist which really works for me and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my favourite places in Manchester.
The Manchester sky was sporting its trademark grey colour and I decided to take some pictures by the large windows on the 12th floor.

It’s exciting to finally be able to share images from the Vaguard collection. I started working on the first items 3 years ago and bought new machines and learned new processes on the road to its completion.
To make this collection extra special, we have teamed up with designer, Richard Ayres , who developed a range of unique chainmail elements and jewellery, add an elegant touch of toughness to the range.

I’ve been meaning to shoot this outfit for at least a couple of months now but wasn’t sure if I had the right shoes for it. Last week, I emptied my parents’ loft and found my first generation Adidas wrestling boots from the early 2000s. I used to really love these and think they look great with my sequin harem pants.

This month I’ve been obsessed with re-defining my style and pin-pointing my new wardrobe staples.
I see style as something that constantly evolves as you mature and change circumstances and habits and I love that about it, but I also love those pieces you can wear year after year, without feeling they’ve become tired.
I currently love easy but dramatic dresses, drapey cardigans, printed sheers, harness bras, tight or harem style bottoms and leather boots and jackets.
I’d also love to hear what you’re wardrobe stapes are.
